   2.2 Prohibited Use: You may not use the Marketplace for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. This includes, but is not limited to, uploading or sharing offensive, infringing, or misleading content, or engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Marketplace's operation.

3. 3. Marketplace Transactions

   3.1 Buying: When you make a purchase on the Marketplace, you agree to pay the specified price and any applicable taxes or fees. Payment information will be processed securely.

   3.2 Selling: If you are a Seller on the Marketplace, you agree to accurately represent your motion capture data and services, fulfill orders promptly, and provide high-quality services to buyers.

   3.3 Disputes: In the event of a dispute between buyers and Sellers, you agree to attempt to resolve it amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, the Marketplace may intervene to help resolve the dispute.

4. 4. Intellectual Property

   4.1 Ownership: The motion capture data and content provided on the Marketplace may be protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Sellers retain ownership of their content.

   4.2 License: Buyers are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use purchased motion capture data for their own projects. Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized use is prohibited.

5. 5. Privacy

   Your use of the Marketplace is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information.
